Position Overview: The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing, branding, and sales strategies across all restaurant locations. This is a senior leadership role that combines creative vision with data-driven strategy to build our customer base, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the group and its individual restaurant brands. • Lead all digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, website management, and content creation. • Oversee public relations and communications strategies, including partnerships, media outreach, and community engagement. • Identify and execute local and national sales opportunities (corporate events, private dining, catering, etc.). • Monitor KPIs and ROI on all campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. • Manage and mentor marketing and sales staff and external vendors. • Collaborate closely with the executive team, chefs, and general managers to align brand messaging and goals. • Plan and execute events, seasonal promotions, and collaborations. • Maintain and elevate brand identity across all guest touchpoints.
Requirements: • 5+ years of marketing and/or sales leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or related industry. • Proven success in driving brand growth, revenue, and customer engagement. • Deep understanding of the Portland market and urban dining culture. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Creative thinker with a passion for hospitality and food culture.
