    RHINO ROOFING

    DIRECTOR OF SALES

    Fort Pierce, FL | Base $80-100K + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time

Most sales leadership jobs sound the same.

Manage a team. Hit a number. Repeat.

This one is different. And if you're the right person, you'll feel it in the next few paragraphs.

    Here's the honest picture.

Rhino Roofing is a premium roofing company on the Treasure Coast of Florida. We built our name on metal. We fabricate our own panels in-house, install with a defined system, and back it with a 15-year workmanship warranty. Homeowners brag about us. That reputation took years to earn and we protect it obsessively.

    But we're not standing still.

We're also a GAF Master Elite contractor, which puts us in the top 2% of roofing companies in the country for shingles. And because of that credential, we can offer homeowners the GAF Golden Pledge warranty, 25 years of workmanship coverage backed by the \#1 manufacturer in the industry. Less than 1% of roofing contractors in the country can offer it. In most of our markets, we're the only one who can.

    That's not a trophy. That's a closing argument.

We're using both products and both warranties to expand our footprint across Florida, reach more homeowners, and deliver the same premium experience we're already known for, now with more tools and a manufacturer standing directly behind the work.

The founder, Luis, built something real. Now he needs to hand the sales engine to someone who can run it and grow it so he can do what founders are supposed to do.

That person is you. If you're right for this.

    What this role actually is.

Not a closer. Not a firefighter. Not someone who motivates reps with hype and a whiteboard.

    A builder.

You'll inherit a team of five sales consultants and a process that's already producing. Your job is to make it predictable. Develop the people. Protect the standard. Install the discipline that turns a good team into a great one and then build the bench that expansion requires.

You'll own the pipeline, the coaching cadence, the CRM, the training, and the connection between what Sales promises and what Operations delivers. We run on EOS, so you'll have a real seat at the leadership table, not a department head reporting into a vacuum. You'll bring your number, your issues, and your truth to every Level 10. That's how this company operates.

The goal is concrete. We're on a path to 10,000 roofing experiences per year by 2036. The bridge to that target is hitting $20M in three years. Your job is to build the sales engine that gets us there by lifting close rates from 25-30% to 35-40%, expanding into new Florida markets, and creating a culture where the process produces results consistently, not occasionally.

The people you'll lead and the standard they'll hold.

At Rhino, we don't hire warm bodies and hand them a script. We develop people who truly care.

That's not a tagline. It's the reason this company exists.

The team you're walking into believes in Extreme Ownership. They don't make excuses and they don't wait to be told. They show up with a Relentless Work Ethic because they're building something they're proud of, not just chasing a paycheck. And they carry Humble Confidence, coachable and open, with a strong backbone and an open mind.

Your job is to find more people like that, develop the ones already here, and hold a standard that makes everyone better. If you've ever led a team that genuinely believed in what they were selling, you know how different that feels. That's what we're building.

    How we coach here.

We're not relying on gut instinct and Friday recaps.

We use AI sales intelligence to analyze calls, surface patterns, and accelerate rep development faster than most organizations have ever moved. That tool is only as good as the leader behind it. We need someone who is genuinely obsessed with training. Someone who watches a rep struggle on a discovery call and can't stop thinking about exactly how to fix it.

Our CRM is Job Nimbus. Our marketing engine runs on Go High Level. You don't need to be a software trainer, but you need to be the kind of leader who demands clean data, respects the system, and teaches reps why the process protects them, not just the company.

    This will be hard.

You'll walk into a team that's used to doing things a certain way. You'll need to earn respect before you ask for change. And the way you earn it here is by showing people what good looks like, not just telling them.

You'll coach reps who aren't always coachable. You'll build process in a company that's still growing into structure. Some days the pipeline won't be pretty and someone will push back on a standard they don't fully understand yet.

If that sounds exhausting, this isn't the role.

If that sounds like exactly the kind of work you're built for, keep reading.

    Who we're looking for.

Ten or more years in sales. Five or more leading teams. You've built process from the ground up, not just inherited it. You've coached reps to real growth, not just managed their activity metrics. You know what a healthy pipeline actually looks like and you're honest about it when it isn't.

A background in high-ticket home improvement, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or anything field-based and B2C with real stakes gives you a meaningful head start. Not because the product knowledge transfers immediately, but because you understand the homeowner psychology, the sales cycle complexity, and what it actually takes to lead a team doing this work every day.

EOS experience matters. This company runs on it and we need a leader who thrives in that structure, not one who tolerates it. Emotional intelligence isn't a soft skill here, it's a job requirement. You'll be working alongside other strong leaders and the ability to disagree well, stay humble, and move forward together is non-negotiable.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a genuine advantage in our market.

    What you get.

A base between $80K and $100K plus uncapped commission. A company vehicle. A 401K. Generous time off.

And something harder to put a number on: real ownership. You're not walking into a department that's already figured out. You're building the thing, with better tools, a stronger product portfolio, and a bigger market opportunity than most sales leaders ever get handed at once.

    One more thing.

The 10-year target at Rhino is 10,000 roofing experiences per year. Not installs. Experiences. Every one of them on time, on system, and built to last. That number belongs to everyone on this team, including the person who leads sales.

If you want to manage a department, there are plenty of other jobs.

If you want to help build something that outlasts you, this is the seat.
