    Director of Sales – Manufacturing

    Our client, a leading manufacturer with a strong national presence, is seeking a strategic Director of Sales to lead and scale their commercial operations. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for team management, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and grow the national sales team

    • Create and implement scalable sales strategies

    • Partner with product, operations, and marketing teams

    • Drive revenue and profitability across major accounts

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of industrial/manufacturing sales experience

    • 3+ years of direct leadership experience

    • Strong data-driven decision-making skills

    • Executive presence and high-level communication ability

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000

    • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000–$220,000

    • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k)
