Director of Sales – Manufacturing
Our client, a leading manufacturer with a strong national presence, is seeking a strategic Director of Sales to lead and scale their commercial operations. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for team management, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow the national sales team
Create and implement scalable sales strategies
Partner with product, operations, and marketing teams
Drive revenue and profitability across major accounts
Requirements:
8+ years of industrial/manufacturing sales experience
3+ years of direct leadership experience
Strong data-driven decision-making skills
Executive presence and high-level communication ability
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000–$220,000
