Job Summary
We are seeking a Director of Sales and Business Growth to join our leadership team in Tustin, CA. This is a full-time, in-office role where you’ll own and scale our sales operations while also playing a central role in digital marketing and lead generation strategy.
You'll lead the sales team, guide outbound and inbound efforts, and coordinate cross-functionally with marketing to drive high-quality growth for two trusted telecom brands — Cebod Telecom and DIDForSale.
📌 Experience in digital marketing and/or the telecom space (Hosted VoIP, SIP trunking) is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Own sales strategy, revenue targets, and go-to-market execution
Manage, coach, and grow the internal sales team
Monitor sales activity, performance, and pipeline health
Create outbound and inbound strategies for lead generation
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and landing pages
Reactivate old leads and expand into new verticals
Partner with support to identify upsell and retention opportunities
Oversee CRM (Inhouse CRM) accuracy, forecasts, and reporting
Collaborate with marketing to launch lead gen campaigns, email automation, and website conversion strategies
Help shape and track digital marketing performance, including SEO, paid channels, and content
Reactivate past leads and build outbound outreach cadences
Identify new market segments and expand presence in existing verticals (e.g., Healthcare, Small to Mid size businesses, property management, IT firms, resellers)
Qualifications
5–10 years of B2B sales or growth experience, ideally in SaaS, business telecom, or IT infrastructure
Proven ability to lead small sales teams and grow revenue to $1M–$5M+
Experience working across marketing, support, and leadership teams
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Organized, self-driven, and excited to build systems that scale
Experience managing or working closely with digital marketing channels (email, SEO, PPC, landing pages, social)
Experience in Business Telecom, Hosted VoIP, or SIP Trunking is a strong plus
Strategic thinker with a bias for action — ready to lead both execution and planning
