    Job Title: Director of Supply Chain

    Location: Addison, IL

    Company Overview:

    We are a leading manufacturer of intelligent metal processing equipment. Our core products include laser cutting machines, press brakes, laser welding machines, automation systems, and integrated solutions, widely used in automotive, construction machinery, energy equipment, and precision sheet metal industries. We are rapidly expanding our U.S. operations and building a competitive local supply chain.

    Position Summary:

    This role oversees the end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations of our U.S. plant, including production, process engineering, planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and quality. As a key leader in the U.S. team, the Director of Supply Chain will build and manage a high-performing organization and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality output to support business growth in North America.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement production and operations plans to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory;

    Drive manufacturing process improvements and enhance production efficiency and quality;

    Build a reliable U.S. supplier network to secure material availability and reduce cost;

    Oversee warehousing, material handling, and logistics to improve operational flow;

    Establish and maintain quality management systems to meet product standards and customer expectations;

    Lead and develop the U.S. operations team to deliver business performance goals and implement lean practices;

    Collaborate closely with headquarters and global teams to localize strategies effectively;

    Ensure all plant operations comply with U.S. regulations and internal company policies.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field;

    10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations, preferably in heavy equipment or automation sectors;

    Strong understanding of U.S. production, sourcing, logistics, and quality systems;

    Experience in multinational companies or cross-cultural environments is preferred;

    Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and data-driven operations;

    Strong leadership, execution, and problem-solving skills;

    Fluent in English, with excellent communication and organizational capabilities;

    Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

    Compensation:

    Annual base salary: $130,000 – $180,000 USD, commensurate with experience.

    Performance bonuses and long-term incentive plans are available for top performers.
