    About Stonegrove Roofing Partners

Stonegrove Roofing Partners is building one of the fastest-growing residential roofing platforms in the country. We partner with exceptional owner-led roofing companies, preserving what makes each business successful while providing the systems, technology, and operational support needed to scale.

Our mission is not to centralize everything. It's to build a better operating system that allows great roofing companies to grow faster, make better decisions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through shared technology, proven processes, and collaborative partnership.

As we continue to grow through acquisition, we're investing heavily in building scalable systems that improve visibility, consistency, and operational excellence across every Partner in our platform.

    Position Overview

The Director of Systems & Processes serves as the technical execution owner of Stonegrove's revenue operating systems.

Working alongside the VP of Revenue Operations, this role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, documenting, and improving the systems that support our lead-to-cash operating model.

This is not a strategy-only role.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, improving data quality, configuring CRM workflows, supporting integrations, training users, and helping operating companies successfully adopt standardized processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business operations and technology. Success in this position requires curiosity around how systems connect, how data flows between platforms, and how integrations, APIs, automation, and reporting infrastructure can improve operational efficiency and decision making.

If you enjoy building systems that people actually use, this role was built for you.
