What You’ll Do
- Oversee all aspects of tax compliance and planning for a national client base.
- Review complex federal and multistate tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120S, 1065, etc.).
- Lead and develop a high-performing tax team of 3–4 direct reports, plus seasonal support.
- Advise on tax strategy for S-Corps, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Ensure efficient, accurate work using cutting-edge tools (UltraTax, SurePrep, TaxCaddy).
- Collaborate closely with internal financial planning and accounting teams.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are a CPA with 10+ years of tax experience, including at least 5 in a leadership role.
- Excel in S-Corp and partnership taxation, multistate filings, and high-net-worth individual returns.
- Are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about building scalable systems.

- Prefer structure, consistency, and proactive planning to last-minute deadlines.
- Are excited to relocate to the Jacksonville, OR area (relocation assistance is possible for the right candidate).
