Medical Director – Veterinary Medicine –Chandler, AZ

COMPENSATION: $160,000-$180,000 + Production + Retention Bonus Over $300k Potential

This clinic was bought from and will be rebranded. If you wanted to revamp a clinic, make it your own and not have to pay for it. Need the ability to build out and design aspects of the clinic/

Role:

• Salary: $170k-$180k base + Either 5% profit sharing based on net for each quarter or production making 20 % over your threshold (you choose)
• Sign on Bonus up to $50k
• Yearly retention bonus of $10k
• Medical Director + 1 associate +Vet techs, vet assistants and a kennel tech full staff (3 techs per doctor)
• Pool of 15 relay docs on call
• 15-20 cases a day
• Hours: M-F 8-6p one doc does Mon-Thurs the other does Tues-Friday
• Schedule: Mon-Friday with one day being a medical dir. day /admin day to game plan and strategize with the leadership team

• DVM
• AZ License
• DEA
• Proficient in surgeries
