    Position Overview

    We are hiring a Director of Sales to lead and develop a ten-person sales team, establish clear KPIs, and implement a data-driven sales culture. This high-impact role requires a proven leader with expertise in Salesforce CRM, sales operations, and strategic planning. You will be instrumental in refining processes, boosting performance, and aligning sales with the company’s growth goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10 sales professionals.

    • Build and execute sales strategies that expand market share and revenue.

    • Establish and track KPIs, sales goals, and forecasting metrics using Salesforce.

    • Design and enforce SOPs to standardize the sales process.

    • Analyze data to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

    • Maintain relationships with top distributors and key accounts.

    • Partner with executive leadership to drive alignment between sales and business strategy.

    The ideal candidate

    • Salesforce Expertise

    • Must be fluent in using Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, reporting, forecasting, and team performance tracking.

    • Salesforce should be their "living" tool.

    • Team Leadership Experience

    • Proven success managing and mentoring a team of 10+ salespeople in a B2B environment.

    • Ability to motivate and hold reps accountable to performance goals.

    • Data-Driven Mindset

    • Experience setting and tracking KPIs (calls, deals closed, revenue, pipeline size, conversion rates, etc.).

    • Uses data to drive decisions and improve sales outcomes.

    • Process-Oriented (SOPs)

    • Has created or improved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales teams.

    • Comfortable building structure around sales process, follow-ups, and territory planning.

    • Strategic Sales Planning

    • Able to design and execute sales strategies to grow market share and revenue.

    • Can identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.

    • B2B Experience with Distributors or Manufacturing

    • Preferably has worked in wholesale, manufacturing, or packaging sales.

    • Experience managing relationships with distributors or key accounts.

    • Hands-On Sales Leadership

    • Willing to be on the floor with reps, join calls, and guide deals when needed.

    • Not just a planner, but also an executor and coach.
