    POSITION SUMMARY

    MDL Executive Network is seeking senior, relationship-driven Directors & Assistant Vice Presidents, Executive Client Success to grow our executive and emerging executive membership business. These are 100% commission-only role designed for entrepreneurial sales leaders who excel at selling high-value, relationship-based professional services offerings to emerging, mid-level and senior level executives & entrepreneurs seeking high-touch, confidential, and results-driven support.

    This role owns the full lifecycle—from prospecting and closing new members to driving long-term engagement, renewals, and expansion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sell MDL Executive Network’s memberships and advisory offerings

    • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, close, and handoff

    • Build trusted relationships with clients on all levels including C-suite

    • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and activation

    • Manage renewals, retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities

    • Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue and membership targets

    • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM systems

    Qualifications

    • For AVP level consideration: 8+ years of experience in executive-level sales, membership sales, consulting, or professional services

    • For Director level consideration: 5+ years of experience in membership sales, consulting, or professional services

    • Proven success closing high-ticket, relationship-based offerings

    • Strong executive presence and credibility with senior leaders

    • Highly self-directed with comfort operating in a commission-only structure

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills

    Compensation Structure (Commission-Only)

    This role does not include a base salary or equity. Compensation is entirely commission-based with uncapped earning potential.

    Illustrative annual earnings (not guaranteed):

    Director

    • $80,000–$100,000: Solid performer closing a consistent flow of executive memberships

    • $100,000–$160,000+: Top performer with strong referral flow and renewal portfolio

    Assistant VP

    • $130,000–$170,000: Solid performer closing a consistent flow of executive memberships

    • $170,000–$250,000+: Top performer with strong referral flow and renewal portfolio

    Commissions are paid as a percentage of membership and advisory revenue sold, with potential recurring commissions on renewals and expansion, as defined in the compensation plan.
