Job Description
We as an insurance agency assist the disabled across the country navigate through their health care insurance needs, specifically Medicare. This position requires determination, motivation and a sales-driven personality, but also a caring and sensitive approach to our clients.
Our offices are open Monday through Friday, hours will be determined by management between 7:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Job Requirements
-Ability to study and pass exams
-Ability to multi-task
-Basic computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office
-Insurance Producer License preferred , but not required. If not licensed, we will assist you in scheduling your exam and providing study materials.
Additional Requirements
-All new hires are subject to a background check and drug screening
-Eligible for health/dental insurance, 401k with company match, & PTO after 90 day introductory period
-This position is NOT classified as a Sales position. While you are assisting people in selecting their insurance plan, we are not looking for someone that is high pressure, "pushy" or too aggressive. We need someone that is assertive and knowledgeable, but not someone that will put a client into the wrong plan to make a commission.
