Based on business needs, preference for candidates who live in the Pacific Time Zone. The Role: This specific role is a Category Marketing Intern supporting the PC Gaming category. The PC Gaming Category (PCG) consists of gaming mice, gaming keyboards, gaming headsets, and various accessories. You will be responsible for assisting and coordinating marketing, analysis, and operations efforts on the North American Category Marketing team. Work closely with the North American Gaming Category Marketing Team to help execute key projects for internal and external partners (marketing, sales, operations, business group, finance, partner agencies, customers, etc.) Help coordinate day-to-day operations with the team. Support and collaborate with the Senior Category Marketing Manager on go-to-market strategies, vendor partnerships, after-action reporting, internal stakeholder updates, customer meetings, and business planning. Attend weekly meetings to support the execution of key product marketing projects. Help with analysis and trend identification. Support for strategic partnership deliverables Ad hoc project support for sales/marketing team across various etail/retail channels including in-store and online merchandising, marketing, and sales-driving executions. Collaborate with other Young Professionals around the world, on projects and best practices. Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: We work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines, so you need to be inquisitive, hungry to learn, and highly organized. Excellent communication skills with a willingness to express your ideas and eagerness to bring a fresh perspective. Solution-driven with the ability to drive projects. Excel with time management. Stellar written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides). Savvy with Google suite of products and MS suite of products including Excel and PowerPoint. Able to extract and use data to tell a story. Knowledge of all social media platforms. Comfortable on Zoom and participating in virtual meetings. Passionate about the tech industry, emerging trends, and the creator culture/creator economy. Education: Incoming Junior or Senior enrolled in marketing at a college or university.
