    SERVPRO Team Toft is looking for a Disaster Cleaning Technician to help restore customers' personal belongings after fire, water, mold, and other unexpected disasters. From furniture and electronics to keepsakes and household items, you'll help bring treasured possessions back to life while providing exceptional care and service.

    What You'll Do

    Clean, deodorize, and restore furniture, household contents, electronics, and personal belongings

    Carefully pack, inventory, label, transport, and unpack customer contents

    Operate specialized contents cleaning equipment and restoration tools

    Inspect items for damage and document condition throughout the restoration process

    Maintain accurate inventory records using company software and documentation procedures

    Set up containment areas and maintain clean, organized workspaces

    Work in homes, businesses, and our contents cleaning facility

    Assist with contents pack-outs, storage, and move-back services

    Maintain company vehicles, warehouse, and cleaning equipment

    Follow SERVPRO procedures and all safety guidelines while wearing required PPE

    What We're Looking For

    Someone who enjoys cleaning, organizing, and detailed work

    Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude

    Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle customers' belongings with care

    Good communication and customer service skills

    Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    Experience in cleaning, restoration, moving, warehouse, hospitality, or construction is a plus

    High school diploma or GED preferred

    IICRC certifications are a bonus but not required—we'll help you earn them

    Physical Requirements

    Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. with assistance)

    Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and reach throughout the day

    Load and unload furniture, boxes, and household belongings

    Work in varying environments, including homes, warehouses, and commercial buildings

    Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals, smoke odors, mold remediation areas, and varying temperatures

    Ability to climb ladders and safely move contents when necessary
