The Superintendent is a vital part of a production team consisting of a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Superintendent and Lead Personnel. This position requires the efficient management of employees, paperwork, subcontractors, and communication with municipalities, insurance adjusters, and customers. You must demonstrate, and be able to effectively communicate, sound working knowledge of construction procedures and protocols.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct all communication with customers and insurance adjusters in a professional manner and update the notes log in PSA daily to document all of your communications

Sets up Carpenters and or Subcontractors

Purchases project materials and makes sure delivered to site, tracts left materials and makes sure returned to company

Schedules start date, schedules, and manpower

Maintain close communication with Project Team

Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in management and technical development

Must have a clean driving record and valid Driver's License

Must be able to pass a background check

Must be able to pass a drug test
