• Respond to and dispatch teams to all mitigation and/or repair related jobs and assigning in PSA.• Inputting jobs into PSA on occasion.• Monitor Job Management Report related to repair jobs daily.• Track KPI dates and follows up with Project Manager concerning alerts.• Participate in first level of customer complaint issues.• Other duties as assigned.• Management and accuracy of PSA.• Customer Service and liaison.• Creating Cheerleader CustomersSkills/Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Exchange)• Excellent English written and verbal skills• Attention to detail• Takes Initiative• Customer focused• Team player• People skills• Solves Problems• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Required education:• High school or equivalentRequired experience:• Administration: 3 years
