Makes estimate drafts in Xactimate
Customer follow up calls
Process Monitoring Forms
Answer the phones
Creates the crew on call schedule and manages on call scheduling system
Helps plan crew training meetings
Works with adjusters regarding billing disputes
Qualifications
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong organizational, oral and written communication and customer service skills required
Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
College degree preferred but not required
Must have valid Drover's License to apply
