SERVPRO® Team Carpenter is growing our Fire & Water Division and we’re hiring motivated technicians who want steady work, real skills, and long-term growth in a fast-moving, essential industry.

This role is active, physical, and never boring. You’ll help families and businesses recover after fires, floods, and emergencies — and see the impact of your work every day.

🧠 What You’ll Do

You’ll respond to fire and water damage sites and help restore properties safely and professionally. Your day may include:

Hands-on physical work

Working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces

Lifting and moving materials

Using PPE and safety equipment when needed

Following clear safety and documentation procedures

This is skilled restoration work — not janitorial and not typical construction — and full training is provided.

🧰 Core Responsibilities

Set up and break down restoration job sites

Operate drying, extraction, and cleaning equipment

Perform demolition and material removal when required

Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

Communicate with supervisors and teammates

Follow safety and documentation standards

🚗 Minimum Requirements

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Able to lift 50+ lbs

Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces

Willing to work in wet, dirty, or damaged environments

Able to pass a background check

Reliable attendance and punctuality
