    Position Overview: Disaster Restoration Technician We are looking for a Disaster Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll respond to fire, water, and mold emergencies, providing professional and compassionate service to clients during challenging situations. You'll be hands-on, helping restore properties while maintaining high safety standards and a focus on quality.

    Schedule This position operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating on-call weekends for emergency response.

    Key Responsibilities

    Respond to emergency situations involving fire, water, and mold damage.

    Perform water extraction, structural drying, and demolition according to industry standards.

    Act as the primary on-site contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

    Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to handle after-hours and weekend emergencies.

    Safely use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

    Comply with OSHA and company safety standards at all times.

    Physical Requirements

    Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 50+ pounds.

    Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, crawling, and reaching throughout the workday.

    Work in varying conditions, including confined spaces and environments exposed to moisture or debris.

    Utilize and identify different cleaning products, tools, and equipment.

    Qualifications

    Ability to stay flexible and work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
