ServiceMaster is one of the top Disaster Restoration, Residential and Commercial Cleaning companies in the state. We currently have an opening for a Carpet Cleaning Technician, Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire/Smoke Damage Restoration Technician. This position would consist of carpet cleaning full time, Monday - Friday, and also require on-call after-hours emergency response work. Potential employees should be hard working, experienced, dependable, thorough, honest, trustworthy & generally likeable! We will train the right person!

Job Duties:

•Carpet Cleaning (Hot water extraction) •Area Rug Cleaning •Upholstery/Leather Cleaning •Hardwood/Laminate Cleaning •24/7 Water Damage Restoration (must be willing to go out on calls with crew chief)

Requirements:

•Clean and Professional appearance •Accountable and dependable •Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. •Must be able to pass a Drug Test •Must have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record •Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required •Express or exchange ideas with others and receive and act on detailed information given •Use appropriate PPE •Inside and outside working conditions: The change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating •IICRC certification preferred with construction background. Will train the right applicant.
