INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE: WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You will be responsible for maintaining a presence in the sales queue and converting incoming calls into sales. You will also be responsible for building relationships with customers who order large quantities of dumpsters per year and nurturing those relationships to create long-term customers. Your priority will be to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, a strategic perspective, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should have a readiness to learn about our products and business operations to cater to our customer’s needs.
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE: RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer 25-60 inbound calls per day (depending on the season)
Actively engages in selling company products/services and related items.
Demonstrate the value of our business and our products to potential customers
Utilize Salesforce CRM to collect customer information
Address customers’ needs and concerns in a prompt manner via the customer’s preferred method of communication (phone, email, text, etc.)
Ask in-depth, relevant questions to help customers choose the best dumpster rental for their specific project
Verify that the dumpster can be delivered on the requested date before confirming the order
Explain the rules and regulations of dumpster rentals
Set expectations for customers regarding pick up, drop-offs, ETAs, etc.
Collect billing information and payment for orders
Send clients an online agreement for signature
Keep customers updated on their order status. Any setbacks or issues must be communicated to customers immediately
Schedule onsite services for new and recurring orders
Possess extensive knowledge of our products and business operations
Understand our short- and long-term business strategy to successfully manage accounts
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE: SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONs
Bachelor's degree in business administration or another relevant field preffered
1-3 years of sales experience and/or customer service experience
Prior Experience using Salesforce and Zoom phone preferred
Ability to build and maintain connections with new clients
Ability to create an exceptional customer experience
