    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

    This is a high-profile role that will bring measurable value to the success and continued growth of the company. As a key member of the team, you will be building, executing, and managing the marketing and digital strategy. You will create relevant, and informative content that appeals to our clientele. In addition to managing the strategy of the marketing team, you will also be managing a team of employees and contractors. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented.  

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Lead the development of a digital media strategy for local and national marketing efforts 

    • Manage and track performance of paid media: Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc. 

    • Website maintenance to include development, SEO optimization, and backup 

    • Collaborating with your marketing team to develop digital marketing strategy including identifying customers, monitoring competition, managing advertising campaigns, and developing growth strategies 

    • Editing the work of others, including outlines, structural edits, and proofreading 

    • Establishing SEO strategies to maximize online visibility - actively measuring and reporting performance 

    • Build targeted campaigns to audiences in multiple regions 

    • Consistently be thinking about new ways to connect with our audience and drive leads, subscriptions, and activations   

    • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring an effective allocation of spending across all platforms. 

    • Monthly reporting analysis of search metrics, paid ads, and domain authority 

    • Perform keyword research and manage the copywriting team to develop and maintain to tier content 

    • Maintain, develop, and create scalable processes across the marketing team. 

    • identify gaps and opportunities for campaign optimizations 

    • Oversee the execution of revenue driving marketing campaigns that create awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. 

    • Complete minor web development such as navigation changes, minor CSS changes, text edits, and addition of images based on SEO recommendations. 

    • Solidify our brand image by sending a consistent message via all digital platforms

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

    • BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications 

    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with B2B or B2C marketing campaign management in a small, fast-paced company or digital agency 

    • Familiarity with industry tools (google analytics, search console, google business profile, AdWords, Marchex, Twilio, Facebook, salesforce, WordPress, Klaviyo) 

    • Solid portfolio of digitally focused work demonstrating your ROI on each campaign investment 

    • Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills translating the big picture into a digestible plan of action for measurable results – Excel knowledge needed 

    • Exquisite project management, leadership and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects amidst changing priorities 

    • Design Skills – ability to relevant, and informative content that appeals to our clientele
