We’re looking for an ambitious INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE who can turn inbound calls into sales. If monotonous work gets you down, this position is for you — every day is exciting and different!

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 1-2 years experience selling a product or service preferred
• Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
• Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Following up on sales leads.
• Developing relationships with customers.
• Providing equipment knowledge and pricing to potential customers.
• Delivering excellent customer service to our existing and new customer base.
• 100% inbound sales, no cold calling.
• Maintaining quality customer service and leading customers throughout the sales process.
• Strong computer skills (Salesforce CRM experience a plus).
• Maintaining standard sales office hours.
• Converting inbound inquiry calls into sales.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Minimum of GED or HS diploma required.

REPORTS TO: Sales Manager / Co-Founders

SENIORITY LEVEL: Associate

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

LOCATION: Lakewood, CO. Occasional remote work-from-home.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

COMPENSATION: Salary will commensurate with experience
