    Job Description

    Our client is one of the top accounting software companies and they are searching for customer and product support specialist to help their customers utilize, troubleshoot, resolve and provide quality customer service to their product users.

    On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to participate in the following activities: 

    •Interact with customers via phone, focusing on process related questions, data entry and navigation. 

    •Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for customers.  

    •Be a positive representative for Intuit and the product; take a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions.  

    •Articulate how to use the product accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact. This includes having a thorough understanding of Intuit’s suite of products and educating customers on those that best meet their needs. 

    •Provide quality customer service while demonstrating the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical inquires.  

    •Act as a technical resource when assisting customers to resolve problems with devices and equipment.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Technical aptitude with a confident familiarity of Smartphones, operating systems, PC and Macs

    • Minimum 6 months experience providing service to customers in some capacity (via phone, chat, in person, etc.)

    • Handle multiple computer applications at one time

    • Successful completion of pre-employment assessments and a background check

    • A distraction free work space that will allow you to meet our requirement of working independently without other parties being in the work space during your scheduled shift. An area where no other parties would enter your work space during your scheduled shift for any reason.

    • Be able to guard client information closely by ensuring that no cell phones, pens, tablets, devices that capture information are in the work area.

    • High Speed Cable Internet Service (10 megabits download and 3 megabit upload) from a reliable cable provider. Satellite internet not acceptable

    • Minimal 1280x1024 monitor resolution, dual monitors suggested, windows 7 or 10 OS required

    • Landline telephone line - POTS (plain old telephone service), cable telephony, digital service, or business class VoIP.

    • 18 years of age or older

    Salary: $11.00 /hour (base) 

    Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
