    Job Description

    The Clinical Outreach Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Clinical Outreach EAA in executing the needs of the clinical outreach department which include, but is not limited to event planning, referral source communications, campaign execution, inter department collaboration, and many other administrative duties. Responsibilities of this role include:

    Essential Job Functions:

    Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Event Planning

    • Continuing education events
    • Regional dinners or events
    • New program open houses
    • Conference events
    • Community Events

    Referral Source Communications

    • Managing referral communications for all DBH brands
    • Developing annual content calendar for awareness months
    • Developing weekly CE schedule
    • Developing external emails to support awareness, CE events, and event schedules
    • Develops newsletter content for all DBH brands

    Marketing Department Liaison

    • Managing development of branded collaterals
    • Liaising with copywriter, graphic designer, print vendors
    • Liaising with digital team for updated web content, social media
    • Maintains DBH storefront of all marketing materials
    • National conference development

    Administrative

    • Manages onboarding of outreach representatives
    • Manages creation and distribution for ALL business cards
    • Manages vendor invoicing
    • Maintains One Drive folder for outreach policies and procedures
    • Maintain confidentiality
    • General and miscellaneous support to the regionally based team of growing outreach team

    Data Maintenance

    • Supporting clinical outreach in maintaining integrity of Salesforce database 
    • Ensuring appropriate attribution of CO referrals to professional accounts
    • Creating Salesforce professional accounts when new business is identified

    Communication 

    • Ability to professionally communicate with all levels of management internally and externally.
    • Maintains confidentiality due to the nature of the conversations they are privy to working directly with outreach leadership
    • Ability to demonstrate DEI competency through internal and external communications

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    •    Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university  •    Administrative experience •    Ability to multi-task  •    Ability to work independently
