    Job Description

    The Alumni Services Manager offers the strategic support and systems required to meet DBH alumni program KPIs. Alumni Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination, outreach, outcome data collection, fellowship, tracking and reporting of Discovery Behavioral Health Alumni.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Establish and implement systemwide best practices for alumni engagement, increasing alumni word of mouth referrals and recapturing at risk alumni readmissions
    • Oversight of DBH alumni staff
    • Establish, implement and enforce KPIs
    • Assistance with event planning promotion
    • Work with alumni coordinators to help facilitate outcome data collection on target indicators
    • Assists facilities in democratizing alumni meetings and planning alumni events
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date database in Salesforce
    • Works closely with Operations and Referral Relations to ensure superior coordination of care and expand resource network
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree minimum
    • Systems knowledge, skills and abilities
    • Sales experience
    • Salesforce experience
    • Thorough understanding of the clinical considerations with regard to substance use, eating disorders and mental health
