CEO Adolescent Residential Treatment - Behavioral Health
Job Description
This position is a start-up specific position in Irving, TX and will be the first position brought on board. The CEO will be responsible for building a team, initial compliance, licensing oversight, and building community relationships. Post opening, the CEO will manage all aspects of the facility and will have oversight and responsibility for growth, financials, census, and programming. Discovery Mood and Anxiety will be opening a adolescent mental health residential treatment center with a anticipated opening of October 1, 2023.
The Facility Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Vice President of Operations, Division President and the Executive Management Team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. This position manages subordinate supervisor(s) who supervise employee(s) and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
