About the Role:

EPIC TOURS LLC in Emmaus, PA is looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet running at peak performance. Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel-powered vehicles and fleet equipment

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and software

Conduct engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and drivetrain servicing

Inspect and replace worn or damaged components including brakes, suspension, and exhaust systems

Maintain accurate service records and document all repairs and parts used

Ensure all vehicles meet safety and DOT compliance standards

Collaborate with fleet managers to prioritize and schedule preventive maintenance

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician

Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, and electrical components

Proficiency with diagnostic tools and computerized repair systems

ASE certification or equivalent trade school/vocational training preferred

Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
