About the Role:

Birdie's Links and Drinks is looking for an experienced Dish Washer to join our team in Middletown, DE. We are a family-owned restaurant that is passionate about providing our customers with a unique and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Ensure dishes are washed and sanitized in accordance with health and safety regulations

Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area

Organize dishes and utensils for efficient washing

Empty and clean garbage cans and trash receptacles

Sweep and mop floors

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment

Wash all kitchenware and items according to sanitation and cleaning procedures

Restock kitchen supplies

Requirements:

Previous experience in dishwashing or other related fields

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Ability to stand for long periods of time
