About the Role:

Join the vibrant team at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse as a Dish Washer! In this crucial role, you will help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.

Assist kitchen staff with food prep as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor and restock dishwashing supplies as necessary.

Report any maintenance issues to the kitchen manager.

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to support a positive environment.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
