Job Summary We are seeking a Dishwasher/Porter to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for loading the dishwasher with dirty dishes brought in by the FOH staff and unloading clean dishes. Responsibilities

Remove food from trays

Washing dishes and utensils

Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, equipment and floors

Taking out the trash and keeping waste areas organized

Restocking supplies

Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies

Follow all health and safety guidelines

Assisting cooks by bringing in ingredients, equipment and prep as needed

Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned
