In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. Responsibilities: • Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily • Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all procedures and safety protocols • Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems • Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine • Unload the dishwashing machine and place utensils and dishes in appropriate storage areas Qualifications: • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent • Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail • Great physical health and stamina • Previous experience working in food service is preferred Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly
