Position Summary: The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment while supporting overall kitchen operations. This role also assists with basic janitorial and facility cleaning tasks to ensure the restaurant remains clean, safe, and organized for staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of dish area, floors, and surrounding kitchen spaces.
- Assist kitchen staff by restocking clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and service areas.
- Perform basic janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping floors, wiping surfaces, and assisting with general cleaning tasks.
- Support periodic deep-cleaning tasks as directed by management.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
