Responsibilities

Prep Cook

Prepare ingredients according to prep lists and recipes

Maintain clean and organized prep areas

Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Assist with basic cooking tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs (role dependent)

Food Handler Card required (or willingness to obtain)
