Crossed Keys Estate is looking for dishwashers to join our kitchen team in a luxury wedding and restaurant business. We are willing to train the right candidate and help them grow in the hospitality industry!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Washing dishes, silverware, glassware through a commercial dishwasher and by hand before, during and after events
Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors
Retrieving inventory of hard goods for wedding setup
Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.
Qualifications:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
Ability to work 1-3 events per weekend (Thursdays through Sundays)
Be able to walk/stand for hours at a time
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
