    Position Summary

    We are seeking reliable and hardworking Dishwashers for both AM and PM shifts to support our culinary team. The Dishwasher plays a vital role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards.     Key Responsibilities

    • Wash, sanitize, and properly store all kitchenware, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans.
    • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area and kitchen environment at all times.
    • Assist with basic kitchen prep work, including peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients as directed by chefs.
    • Remove trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal in compliance with health and safety standards.
    • Monitor dish machine performance and notify management of any issues.
    • Stock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
    • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure dishes and equipment are available as needed for service.
    • Support other kitchen team members as necessary to keep operations running smoothly.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
    • Willingness to learn and take direction.
    • Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods of time.
    • No prior experience required—training will be provided, but kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus.
