Job Summary We are seeking a Dishwasher & Food Preparer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for loading the dishwasher with dirty dishes brought in by the bussers and unloading clean dishes. You will also be doing general cleaning tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager. The ideal candidate is hardworking and reliable! Responsibilities

Clean and prepare vegetables, poultry and fish for production of menu items

Remove food from plates returned from dining room

Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher timely

Unload dishwasher and put items away in proper designated areas

Sweep and mop floors on demand

Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies, restock as needed

Follow all health and safety guidelines

Participate in team meetings

Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned by head chef and, or manager

Qualifications
