What You’ll Do

As a Dishwasher / Kitchen Support Team Member, you’ll be a vital part of keeping our kitchen efficient, clean, and guest-ready. You’ll work closely with our cooks and managers to maintain order, safety, and speed — the behind-the-scenes excellence that makes great food possible.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently.

Keep the dish area, sinks, and kitchen floors clean, dry, and organized.

Empty trash and recyclables throughout the shift and follow all sanitation procedures.

Assist with food prep, restocking, and organization as needed.

Support the line and prep teams by keeping cookware and tools available.

Report any equipment or maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager promptly.

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to keep the kitchen safe and compliant.

Work as part of a team to maintain smooth kitchen operations throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For

Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience a plus — but we’ll train the right person!

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Reliable, positive, and eager to learn

Team player with good communication and time management skills

Must be at least 18 years old
