Job Summary We are seeking for a reliable Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly! In this role, you will be responsible for washing dishes and general cleaning tasks as assigned by the Chef and Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness of BOH/FOH areas (sweeping, mopping, spills, etc.)
Empty trash, bus tubs, and keep waste areas clean
Monitor sanitizer buckets and replace as needed
Assist kitchen staff as needed (including getting supplies, etc.)
Clean workstations, walls, floors, and windows
Maintain and clean cooler and ensure sanitary conditions
Complete end-of-shift cleaning duties, including trash and card board removal
Additional Duties:
Deep cleaning tasks on assigned days (drains, walls, equipment)
Nightly cleaning under equipment, sinks, and floors
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Team player with good communication skills
Must speak english
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and bending repeatedly
