Job Summary: Milkshake Factory is looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to help keep our shop clean, organized, and running smoothly. This behind-the-scenes role is key to delivering the fun, fast, and high-quality experience our guests love. Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize all dishes, cups, utensils, and equipment used for milkshakes and desserts

Keep dish area, sinks, and back-of-house spaces clean and organized

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Restock clean dishes and supplies for team members as needed

Take out trash and keep disposal areas clean and maintained

Assist team with light cleaning and support tasks during busy times

Help maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours

Qualifications:

No experience required—training provided

Strong work ethic and willingness to help the team

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
