Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and organized efficiently.
- Operate dishwashing machinery with care and adhere to all safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dishwashing area and the kitchen.
- Assist in the disposal of waste and recycling according to health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure the timely turnover of clean dishware.
- Perform regular checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
- Support kitchen staff with additional cleaning tasks as required, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Participate in ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality or food service environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
