Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and wash dirty dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, surfaces, and floors.
- Maintain dishwashing equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
- Assist in the organization and stocking of inventory and kitchen supplies.
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and cooperative work environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
