In search of a dishwasher steward with some busser crossover during peak business in restaurant. Candidate would be responsible for washing/storing dishes for a small restaurant and busy catering business. Responsible for daily sweep and mop at closing and carrying trash to dumpster throughout the day as needed. Handwash/prewash mandatory THEN dish machine process. General cleaning of facility and equipment. MOST nights, Sundays and holidays off!! Majority of shifts over by 3pm.
