In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. Responsibilities: • Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher • Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems • Rinse glassware, scrape plates, and sort dishes before loading them into the dishwasher • Take part in employee meetings regularly to stay up to date on all policies and safety regulations • Mop and clean kitchen floors daily to keep the workplace neat and sanitary Qualifications: • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent • Excellent stamina and physical health • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired • Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
