Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary establishment by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and wash dirty dishes, flatware, pots, and pans using both commercial dishwashers and hand-washing methods.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Sort and stack clean dishes; ensure they are stored properly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, including taking out the trash and cleaning floors.
- Monitor dish machine water temperature levels and detergent supply.
- Perform routine cleaning of kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs to management.
- Help with basic food preparation tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
