    Position: Dishwasher

    Location: Bartolino's Twin Oaks, Big Bend Rd, Ballwin Missouri

    Pay: Starting at $17.00 / hour

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain consistent cleanliness and sanitization of all plates, glassware, flatware, cookware, and specialty equipment.
    • Operate commercial dish machines and hand-wash delicate or high-value items as needed.
    • Organize and restock clean items according to the kitchen brigade system.
    • Assist chefs and cooks by keeping prep areas, workstations, floors, and trash receptacles clean and orderly.
    • Follow strict food-safety and sanitation standards, consistent with SERV Safe protocols.
    • Support smooth service flow during peak periods by maintaining an efficient dish pit.
    • Communicate effectively with the culinary and service teams to anticipate needs and ensure readiness for each service period.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Prior experience in a fine-dining or high-volume kitchen preferred.
    • Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to thrive under pressure.
    • Understanding of basic kitchen safety and cleanliness procedures.
    • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
    • Availability for evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on service demands.
