Experience:

Knowledge of Safety Procedures: Dishwashers should be familiar with safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. This includes proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
Technological Proficiency
Use of Dishwashing Equipment: Dishwashers should be proficient in operating various types of dishwashing equipment, including commercial dishwashers, conveyor belts, and pot washers.
