Dittmer's Gourmet Meats & Wurst-Haus Inc is an old fashion butcher shop and delicatessen , Dittmer's makes over 100 homemade items including sausages, lunch meats and smoked meats. Dittmer's Dishwasher/Utlilty Employee plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth, efficient and guest-ready operation by meeting high-volume dish-washing demand and maintaining a clean, sanitized store.

Duties

Manual washes, rinses and sanitizes all meat lugs, dishes and other tools on a thorough and a timely matter that adheres to all Dittmer's Standards.

Monitors sanitation levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Gathers and removes garbage, sweeps and mops floors.

Performs routine cleaning of windows, shelves, refrigerators, coolers and bathrooms.

Supports other team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed.

Complies with all health and safety guidelines and Dittmer's policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.

Maintains a constant work attendance and punctuality record.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

Has the ability to preform repetitious , physical tasks that require the strength to lift items of moderate to heavy weight (as much as 50 pounds) and stand for extended for extended periods of time.

Applicant must be 18 years of age.
