A Bakery Utility Personnel is a support role focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient bakery environment by performing tasks such as washing dishes, cleaning equipment, managing waste, assisting with ingredient prep, and supporting baking staff with various duties. This role requires adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively and perform physical tasks, including lifting (up to 50 lbs, daily) and operating cleaning equipment.
