About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Uptown Alley as a Dishwasher! In this essential role, you'll help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and our guests enjoy a fantastic dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including floors and surfaces.

Monitor and restock dishwashing supplies as needed.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food preparation.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Report any maintenance issues or shortages to the kitchen manager.

Support other kitchen staff as needed during peak hours.

Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
