    Vert Environmental is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Schedule Coordinator Manager to join our team in Placentia! In this position, you’ll take the lead on coordinating communication and logistics between our internal teams—Project Coordinators, Report Writers, and Field Technicians—ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and clients receive timely updates and service. Your ability to build strong relationships and keep processes running smoothly will be essential. A background in sales or client service is a strong plus, as you’ll be working directly with clients to establish clear expectations, build trust, and contribute to overall client satisfaction. You’ll report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in team productivity and operational success. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects and employees of the company’s Project Coordinating Department and Field Tech Department • Cross-training of employees to facilitate functional redundancies across project duties and responsibilities • Develop and oversee the division of labor within the Project Coordinating Department and Field Tech Department • Direct and manage employee’s schedules, duties, roles and maintain a highly functioning office on a Monday-Saturday schedule • Direct and manage a fast-paced office, explain tasks, and provide direction on projects • Schedule projects, coordinate technicians, provide client updates and results, and ensure projects are completed • Write and format lab reports, preparation of all reporting tables, and train other team members in the company reporting system and production of company deliverables • Give estimates to potential clients with the ability to effectively communicate information Qualifications: • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Become proficient in company databases, project management systems, and third-party software applications • Excellent verbal and communication skills • Strong multi-tasking skills • Capable of training, reviewing, and critiquing deliverables (reports, emails, invoices, etc.) • Ability to direct and manage a fast-paced office, explain tasks, and provide direction on projects • Capable of directing various departments and prioritizing daily needs and projects • Detail-oriented and fast typing skills • B.A. or B.S from 4-year University preferred • Minimum of 2 years experience working within the Environmental or associated industry • Certifications in Asbestos, Lead, and Industrial Hygiene are a plus (CAC, LI-RA, CMI) • Laboratory experience is a plus Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly

    $70,000-$80,000 per year
